One need to have all the requirements before opening an account

Owning an account in any website is quite fun. This is because most of the accounts today have provided a variety of benefits that have served well in changing the state of the world. Such account as those owned for the soacial network are the most preferred because their benefits are awesome. But even there, one has to provide the necessary requirements before being able to access any account. Even in the banks where investor and subscribers have an account, there are always some requirements before the account can e accessed by anyone. One may as well require to do some uploads in the account such as the social account but even this may not be possible if the requirements were wrongly given or if the requirements are incomplete. Even in the megaupload account, nothing can be accessed without proper provisions. Thus, like the provision of the passport where there are some documents to be filed before being in ownership of one, so is the account ownership. So it is clear that the rules of every assessment must be respected.
